Outstanding Academic Related Debt

All eligible students will receive an invitation and can register to attend their graduation ceremony. However, this is subject to clearing any outstanding academic-related debt is cleared in full by Friday 6 November 2026, 4pm.Ìý

If the University Finance Department does not receive full payment and cannot confirm receipt your ceremony invitation will be withdrawn.

What You Need to Do

  • Settle any outstanding debt using the 
  • If you have questions about your financial status, please submit an enquiry here and our Debt Recovery Team will be happy to assist.
  • If your invitation is withdrawn, you must cancel any booked gown hire, photography packages and guest tickets by Monday 14 December 2026, 12pm. See the Gowning & PhotographyÌý²¹²Ô»åÌýGuest Tickets pages for refund information.

If you miss your ceremony due to outstanding debt, you will be invited to a future ceremony, as long as you have not already deferred more than once.
